With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Heemann brings a wealth of legal expertise to the firm, specializing in general liability, auto liability, and construction defects. He also has significant experience in insurance law, including coverage opinions, claims management, bad faith litigation, and policy contract drafting.

Prior to joining Tyson & Mendes, Mr. Heemann worked as Claims Coverage Counsel at Mutual of Enumclaw and operated his own firm, The Heemann Law Group. His extensive experience includes providing counsel on complex legal matters involving case exposures exceeding $100 million and addressing high-stakes regulatory and compliance issues.
