The Tyson & Mendes New York office serves the entire state, as well as New Jersey and Connecticut, handling all facets of defense litigation. Our New York legal team represents clients in defense of personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits, sexual torts, professional liability, New York labor law, commercial litigation, product liability, construction and construction defect, and internal investigations on behalf of government agencies. Our New York attorneys have extensive appellate experience in both the New York state and federal courts.
The New York office is led by Kristina Milone, an experienced litigator in all phases of insurance defense, civil, and government litigation. She has worked on a wide range of high-exposure complex trials and conducted more than 200 depositions. Ms. Milone received her J.D. from Touro College and earned her B.A. from St. John’s University.
