Xiaotong “Maggie” Wang

Maggie Wang is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ Northern California office.

Before joining Tyson & Mendes, Ms. Wang gained valuable experience at general practice firms on both litigation cases and transactional cases. She once represented a Chinese clothing manufacturer against a US retailer and achieved highly favorable outcome. She has also worked on several cases defending defendant clients on intellectual property infringement claims, which ended up with favorable settlements. Ms. Wang is registered to practice law in the states of California and New York. She is also registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Ms. Wang obtained her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law with cum laude honor, where she was the president of Chinese Law Students and Scholars Association. She also obtained her M.E.M. from Duke University and her B.E. from Tongji University, Shanghai, China.

In her free time, Ms. Wang enjoys outdoor time with her family, watching documentaries, and cooking.
