Stacy L. Montgomery Jr.

Stacy L. Montgomery Jr. is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’s Philadelphia office. His practice focuses on defending clients in an array of complex personal injury cases involving premises liability, products liability, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, and construction site accidents.

Mr. Montgomery has significant litigation experience representing individuals and businesses in state and federal courts throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He has successfully defended clients from liability in many cases and recently obtained summary judgment in a case involving a catastrophic injury. Mr. Montgomery prides himself on working closely with clients, outside counsel, and claims adjusters to coordinate case strategy. He is adept at providing extensive evaluations and preparing cases for a successful outcome at trial. Mr. Montgomery is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Montgomery obtained his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2021. He obtained his B.A. from Lincoln University of Pennsylvania in 2014.

In his free time, Mr. Montgomery enjoys spending time with family and close friends. He also enjoys traveling, reading, and watching football.
