Kareen Sassounian

Kareen Sassounian is Senior Counsel in Tyson & Mendes’ Orange County office. Her practice focuses on general liability, personal injury, and premises liability.

Ms. Sassounian has extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts, including representing individuals and businesses through mediation, settlement, and trial. Ms. Sassounian has also been successful in positioning her clients for early resolution and dismissal. She is admitted to practice before all California state courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Southern, and Northern Districts of California.

Ms. Sassounian obtained her J.D. from Chapman University School of Law in 2015, where she served as a Student Ambassador, member of the Honors Board, and President of the Student Bar Association. She received the 2015 Dean’s Award for her leadership and service to the school. Ms. Sassounian obtained her B.A. from Chapman University in 2012.

In her free time, Ms. Sassounian enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and cooking.
