Jessica McKennon

Jessica McKennon is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ Orange County office. She handles all stages of civil litigation with a focus on defense of personal injury, premises liability, general commercial liability, and business litigation matters.

Ms. McKennon has extensive litigation experience, including representing individuals and businesses in state courts throughout California and in federal district courts. She consistently achieves favorable results for her clients in personal injury, premises liability, and habitability matters.

Ms. McKennon attended California State University, Dominguez Hills, where she obtained a B.A. in Mathematics. She then obtained her J.D. from Pepperdine School of Law in 2016. While in law school, she worked as a law clerk for the Legal Aid Clinic at Union Rescue Mission, gaining valuable experience while representing destitute clients.

In her free time, Ms. McKennon enjoys long walks with her family through Canyon Park in Costa Mesa.  She also enjoys traveling, especially to visit family in Guatemala.
