Grant Welbourn

Grant Welbourn is an Associate in Tyson & Mendes’ Scottsdale office.

Prior to law school, Mr. Welbourn worked as a paralegal in D.C. assisting in general litigation matters and international trade. After law school, he practiced general litigation in Maryland, ranging from property disputes to employment matters to consumer protection defense before moving back to Arizona. He is licensed to practice in Arizona and Maryland.

Mr. Welbourn obtained his J.D. from Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law at Arizona State University, where he served on the Arizona State Sports & Entertainment Law Journal and participated in the Lodestar Mediation Clinic. He obtained his B.S. in marketing and government and politics.

Outside of work, Mr. Welbourn enjoys spending time with his border collie and playing sports. He is an avid Baltimore sports fan.
