Scott M. Kolod
has over 28 years of civil trial experience. For the
past fourteen years he has been the managing partner at
Kolod, Wager & Nolan. Before that, Mr. Kolod spent thirteen
years at the international defense firm of Sedgwick, Detert,
Moran & Arnold, where he became an Equity Partner and
managed the firm as part of the firm’s Small Office
Management Committee. His specialty has always been acting
as lead trial counsel in high profile jury trials, usually
on behalf of large corporations and insurance companies. Mr.
Kolod graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from
Indiana University and received his Juris Doctorate Degree
from the University of San Diego.
